Henri Hansen is a seasoned academic and research professional with extensive experience in computer science and mathematics. Currently serving as a Senior Research Specialist at Insta since November 2022, Henri has also been a University Lecturer at Tampere University since January 2015. Prior positions include part-time Algorithm Designer at Vinka Oy, and Yliassistentti at Tampere University of Technology, where Henri focused on teaching and research related to data structures, algorithms, and verification tools. Henri's research background includes a tenure as a Research Scientist at the National University of Singapore and a guest researcher at OUCL. Early career experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at VTT and a Teaching Assistant at Tampere University of Technology. Henri holds a Doctor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Tampere University of Technology, as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering.
