Miia Honkanen is a Junior Software Developer at Insta since May 2023, bringing a strong background in leadership and customer service from a nine-year tenure at Lassila & Tikanoja, where roles included Team Leader and Customer Service Advisor in invoicing. Prior experience as a Subtitler at SDI Media involved creating English-to-Finnish subtitles for various television shows. Miia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Tampere University, expecting to graduate in May 2025, and holds a Master of Arts in English Translation Studies from the University of Tampere.
