Beichen Nie has extensive work experience in various marketing and consulting roles. They started their career as a Brand & Communication Intern at Kantar TNS UK in 2014, where they tracked brand performance and collected data from social media platforms. In 2015, Beichen worked as a Consumer Insight Intern at Nielsen, where they analyzed consumer data and prepared reports for senior managers. In 2016, they became a Management Consulting Intern at BASF, supporting a global transition team and leading an EH&S team. Beichen then joined L'Oréal in 2017 as a Management Trainee, working on marketing material design and product line renovation. Since 2018, Beichen has been with Insta360, first as a Global Marketing Project Manager and currently as the Head of Product Marketing, responsible for end-to-end marketing, cross-functional stakeholder management, and global product launches.
Beichen Nie completed a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they pursued another Master's Degree, this time in Marketing, at HEC Paris, which lasted until 2016. Additionally, Beichen attended a Summer School in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College Business School in 2013.
