Ahmed Shams

Ahmed Shams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales engineering, project management, and consultancy. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering at Instabug since May 2021, Ahmed leads the recruitment and training of the sales engineering team while developing strategies that align with business goals. Additionally, Ahmed holds the position of Vice President of the Egyptian Surfing Association and co-founded Surf Camp Egypt, the nation's first surf school. Previously, Ahmed worked at Dell EMC in various leadership roles within Global Professional Services, successfully overseeing large teams and achieving significant revenue targets. Ahmed's career also includes roles at EMC, Oracle, IBM, and Incolease, with a strong educational background in Computer Science from Middlesex University.
