Instacart
Daniel Danker joined Instacart from rival delivery disruptor Uber Eats, where he was head of product for Uber's delivery division. Danker started in March 2021 as vice president of shopper and fulfillment for Instacart, and is now the Chief Product Officer, a role he has held since July 2022.
Danker is familiar with working closely with gig drivers. Before Uber Eats, Danker led Uber's driver product team, which looked after a workforce of millions of drivers around the world, Instacart said. Danker also oversees product development for the Instacart Shopper app, which shoppers use to shop and deliver orders.
Prior to working at Uber, Danker helped launch Facebook Live as product director for video at the social media giant. His product development experience also includes stints at Shazam, the BBC, and Microsoft.
