Jodi Montoya is the current General Manager of Instacart's Northwest region. Prior to this, they were the Operations and Development Manager at the Not For Sale Campaign from February 2013 to December 2013. In this role, they drove accounts receivable/account payable processes, created and managed the top donor program, Founders' Circle, and collaborated with external CPA firms to complete annual financial audits and tax returns. Jodi also coordinated and led the Not For Sale Fellowship program, recruiting and hiring top-talented fellows.
From December 2013 to June 2015, they were a Senior Pricing Specialist at Symantec. In this role, they intake and prioritize business requirements for sales discounting control tool (DART), partnering with IT & Systems to solution and implement. Jodi also managed and participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deployment success, provided content and training material regarding system enhancements for monthly communications across Global Sales and Sales Ops teams, and did ad hoc reporting to support proposed system enhancements. Jodi also provided periodic customer support and troubleshooting for DART issues.
Ms. Montoya attended Santa Clara University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce-Economics with a minor in International Business. Jodi also attended Albuquerque Academy.
They work with Andy Anthony - Director of Regional Operations, Sarah Mastrorocco - VP & GM, Instacart Pickup. Their manager is Asha Sharma, COO.
