Benjamin Wilkening

Benjamin Wilkening is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and advisory roles, currently serving as Vision Lab Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital since October 2020, where the focus is on supporting migrant entrepreneurs in Germany. In addition, Benjamin holds advisory positions at B2X Care Solutions, InstaMotion Retail GmbH, KREATIZE GmbH, and previously at Movinga and MyDataModels, contributing to innovations in circular economy, online car sales, manufacturing, and AI/ML solutions. As a Senior Advisor and Investment Committee member at Wermuth Asset Management GmbH, Benjamin works to achieve high returns while ensuring a positive environmental impact. Mentorship roles include positions at 2hearts and the Founder Institute Berlin aimed at empowering diverse talent in the tech industry.
