Dane Watkins

Dane Watkins is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at Instant Brands, overseeing new projects within a $500 million Housewares portfolio. Previously, at Weber Inc., Dane held multiple leadership roles, including Project Leader for Strategy Programs, co-leading a team that delivered significant cost savings, and Global Value Engineering Manager, where Dane surpassed cost savings targets across various projects. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at HLB, LLC and Creative Dane Innovations, as well as a decade at Zebra Technologies, where Dane contributed as a Principal Engineer and Staff Engineer, enhancing product features and improving manufacturing processes. Dane began a career in media as a film and video writer/producer/director before transitioning to engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
