Maxim Shklyar is an experienced technology strategist and developer with a diverse work history. In 1999, they founded kisla interactive, where they provided technology strategy, digital solutions, advice, and development. Maxim also co-founded InstantScripts in 2018, serving as the CTO and CPO. At InstantScripts, they played a crucial role in the development of their website. From 2008 to 2022, Maxim worked at AFL Teamcoach as the CTO and Systems Architect, building websites and mobile apps for their Official AFL Team Game Cards. Maxim served as the CTO of Lyfshort from 2018 to 2019 and Head of Mobile at SendGold from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Maxim co-founded xpertise-mobile in 2008, where they developed the iOS mobile app iSafe. Maxim also founded ximl in 2007 and developed a full-featured markup language for building interactive websites and web/mobile applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Architect/Senior Developer for Arts Victoria, igloo interactive, and Spin Communications, where they developed advanced Flash-based interactive front ends for various websites.

Maxim Shklyar pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, a journey that lasted from 1993 to 1997. Later on, they enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology and pursued a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation degree from 2001 to 2002.
