Tommy Tseng

Tommy Tseng has a diverse work experience. Tommy is currently working at Instawork as a Staff Product Manager since July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Instawork from October 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Instawork, Tommy worked at NDWA Labs as the Head of Product from 2019 to 2021.

Tommy started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2016 as a Product Manager. During their tenure, they built a new sales system for a $6 billion auto parts manufacturer, improving fulfillment speed by 27% and generating $11 million in incremental profit. Tommy also launched a new finance system for a $3.5 billion packaging company, reducing manual work by 80% and resulting in $3 million in incremental profit. Tommy managed end-to-end development for over 100 features in six teams with 100+ team members.

Tommy's earliest work experience was as a Field Representative at the U.S. House of Representatives in 2013.

Tommy Tseng holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University. Tommy also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to that, Tommy completed their undergraduate education at UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science and Government. In addition to their formal education, Tommy has obtained several certifications including Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge, Experimentation and Testing from Reforge, Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, and a Software Product Management (SPM®) Certificate from Product School.
