Ben Stephens is an accomplished leader in development and climate policy, currently serving as Associate Partner at Instiglio since August 2017, where Ben directs global and climate initiatives involving key organizations such as the World Bank and the Millennium Challenge Corporation in various countries. Ben has a strong background in education and Indigenous affairs, having held roles such as Innovation Team Lead at Good to Great Schools Australia and Senior Policy Advisor at Cape York Institute For Policy & Leadership, where Ben contributed to significant reform agendas and policy documents. Previous experience includes consulting at Deloitte Access Economics and KPP Business Development, as well as volunteering in Indigenous education. Ben holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and dual undergraduate degrees in Arts and Economics from The University of Western Australia.
