Instiglio
Sebastian Chaskel is an experienced professional in the fields of international development and social impact, currently serving as Associate Partner at Instiglio since August 2022. Previously, Sebastian held multiple leadership roles at Innovations for Poverty Action from July 2014 to December 2020, including Program Director for Peace and Recovery and Country Director for Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Prior experience includes Program Manager at the Harvard Kennedy School's Social Impact Bond Technical Assistance Lab, as well as internships and advisory roles in various organizations, such as the Agencia Nacional para la Superación de la Pobreza Extrema and the Cerrejón Foundation. Sebastian began a career in research as a Research Associate for Latin America Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations and founded the Community Language Bank. Academically, Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and International Relations from Tufts University.
