Carl Mo

Carl Mo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program and project management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Director at Instinet Incorporated since July 2020, Carl previously held the role of Executive Vice President - Senior Program Manager at The Citco Group of Companies, where leadership of a 50+ member global team facilitated the successful delivery of the CitcoOne platform. With a strong background in managing large-scale projects at organizations such as GE Capital, Morgan Stanley, FxAll, J.P. Morgan, and Arthur Andersen, Carl has consistently driven operational improvements, reduced costs, and implemented innovative technologies to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Carl holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
