Colleen Hunter

Colleen Hunter is a seasoned HR and business transformation professional with extensive experience in leading people strategies and operational improvements across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Member Services at the Institute for Corporate Productivity, Colleen partners with CHROs and HR leadership teams to implement industry-leading practices. As an educator in the Executive MBA Program at Seattle University, Colleen teaches Leading Change and advises students on their Business Capstone projects. Previous roles include building HR functions at Zymeworks and Pacific Market International, consulting for high-profile organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and holding multiple leadership positions at Microsoft, where significant improvements in employee engagement and customer experience were achieved. Colleen holds a Master's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Michigan State University.
