Skip Spriggs

Skip Spriggs possesses extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Washington Nationals Philanthropies and holding the Chair position at the Institute for Corporate Productivity, Spriggs is also a member of the Board for South Abaco Land Development Company, involved in a significant resort development. Previous roles include advisory positions and board memberships at companies such as Centurion Health, ProSight Specialty Insurance, and Pinnacol Assurance. Notably, Spriggs held the role of President & CEO at The Executive Leadership Council and served as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at TIAA, overseeing human resource strategy for a major financial services organization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and further executive education from Babson College.
