Guillermo Gonzalez Jr. APCC serves as an Associate Mental Health Therapist at Hilber Psychological Services since August 2023. Additionally, Guillermo has been engaged as a Clinical Counseling Intern and Vocational Coach at The Institute for Effective Education since November 2021, providing counseling sessions and leading group discussions for clients facing various challenges. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at San Diego State University from August 2018 to August 2021, where Guillermo supported over 300 students' well-being and facilitated access to mental health resources. Guillermo also worked as a Student Assistant ensuring resident safety and customer service. As a Research Intern at Digital Innovation Lab, Guillermo investigated healthcare provider-patient dynamics and their impact on patient safety. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from San Diego State University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution (2017-2021).
