Justin Mayo

Justin Mayo, MSSE, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Orion Capital Management LLC and as a Staff Coach at The Institute for Effective Education, focusing on enhancing vocational independence for individuals with disabilities. Experience includes an externship at Amplified Planning where proficiency in various financial planning areas was developed. Previously, Justin held executive and operational roles with organizations such as 4th Down Solutions, The Honor Foundation, and EOD GROUP ONE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University. Additional training includes specialized education from the Defense Language Institute and the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
