Liora Feler-Yahalom is currently working as an Organizational Development Specialist at their own company since January 2022. Prior to that, Liora has been involved in formulating and running a Leadership Development program at the Institute for Quality Leadership starting from November 2021. Liora also has extensive experience as an OD Consultant and HR specialist at the Israel Defense Forces from November 2008 to January 2021, where Liora developed and implemented strategies supporting the organizational goals.
