Elizabeth Haywood is a highly experienced professional in governance, public affairs, and writing, currently serving as a Board Trustee at the Institute of Welsh Affairs and a C-Suite Mentor at Winmark. As Chair of the Independent Remuneration Board for the Welsh Parliament, Elizabeth ensures elected Members are supported with appropriate pay and resources. Elizabeth is also an author, having released a historical fiction novel, 'Lucy: Ultimate Survivor.' With previous roles as a Non-Executive Director at Natural Resources Wales and SP Energy Networks, and as a Trustee for Leonard Cheshire Disability, Elizabeth has a robust track record of strategic leadership and governance. Academically, Elizabeth holds a PhD in French Politics and the EU from Swansea University and a BSc (Econ) in European Studies from Cardiff University.
