Maureen Boyle

Maureen Boyle serves as Associate General Counsel and previously held the title of Senior Commercial Counsel at InStride since February 2022. Prior to this role, Maureen Boyle was a Senior Attorney at Internet2 from September 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading compliance efforts on privacy and data security, managing insurance programs, overseeing legal aspects of grant applications, and advising on corporate governance matters. Maureen Boyle has also worked as a contract attorney and solo practitioner, providing counsel to various clients, and has garnered extensive legal experience through internships and volunteer positions at organizations such as Public Justice and The New York Times. Maureen Boyle holds a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Rochester.
