Payal Bhandari

Payal Bhandari, CFA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at InStride since September 2024. Previously, Payal worked as a Finance Manager (Pricing) at Linden Lab from April 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included financial modeling, budgeting, and KPI dashboards for the executive team. Prior experience includes a Finance Manager role at Ubiquitous Energy and an Assistant Finance Manager position at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, contributing to India's largest ongoing project, the Rajasthan Refinery Petrochemical Project. Payal began the finance career as a Finance Executive in HPCL's Lubricants SBU, handling financial planning and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, a Cost Management Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, among others.
