Heidi Redmond

Heidi Redmond currently serves as a Senior Account Executive and Instructure Contract Trainer at Instructure since January 2018. Additionally, Heidi has maintained a career as an actress with It's a Mystery since October 2013. Previously, Heidi held various roles at Northern Virginia Community College from July 2019 to August 2022, including Director of Canvas and Ed Tech Support Services and Manager of Canvas Support Services. Between October 2018 and July 2019, Heidi worked as an Instructional Technologist/Canvas LMS Trainer at Electronic Systems, Inc., a Xerox Company. From August 2003 to June 2018, Heidi was a Talented and Gifted Teacher for grades 7-12 and a 6th Grade Classroom Teacher at North Scott Community School District. Heidi began teaching as a 3rd Grade Classroom Teacher at Clinton Community School District from January 2000 to June 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from the University of South Florida, along with several other degrees related to education and instructional technology.
