Madeline Sacripanti is a Workforce Management Real-Time Analyst at Instructure since November 2021, specializing in analyzing call volume trends and optimizing contact center efficiency to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Prior to this role, Madeline served as an L1 Technical Support Engineer, utilizing the Salesforce ticketing system to troubleshoot and address inquiries from various client levels, including students, teachers, and administrators. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Brandon Montessori School LLC, where lesson plans were created and executed effectively. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Security from the University of South Florida and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Hillsborough Community College, along with a high school diploma from Newsome High School.
