Michael Lysaght

Michael Lysaght is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Instructure since November 2023, Michael previously held multiple key positions at WW from September 2014 to June 2023, including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing global Technology and Data teams and driving the company's evolution into a digital-led subscription business. Prior to WW, Michael was Vice President of Engineering at SecondMarket, Inc., managing technology, operations, and strategic direction. Michael began a career as an independent consultant and Senior Software Engineer/Architect, collaborating with numerous global companies, and gained foundational experience at Ericsson as an Independent Senior Engineer/Project Manager. Michael Lysaght holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from University College Cork, Ireland.
