Amiel Reid

Amiel Reid has a diverse background in engineering and real estate, currently serving as a Build Better Engineer at Instrumental Inc. since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Lumafield as a Solutions Engineer, Application Engineer, and Test Engineer from February 2021 to May 2024, as well as a Systems Engineer at Siemens, where building automation systems were designed and implemented from November 2018 to February 2021. Amiel's earlier career features a position as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Greater Investments Real Estate from June 2014 to March 2023 and various engineering internships, including work as a Systems Test Engineer Co-op at iRobot and at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering. Amiel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate’s Degree in Engineering from Bunker Hill Community College.
