Katie Simmons

Katie Simmons is a seasoned operations specialist with extensive experience in customer care and accounts receivable management. Currently, Katie serves as a Senior Customer Care Operations Specialist and Team Lead for Intake Reimbursement at Insulet Corporation since October 2017. Additionally, Katie has been the Events Coordinator at Emmanuel Baptist Church since January 2014. Previous roles include Accounts Receivable Manager at Brewster Ambulance Service and EasCare Ambulance, along with a progression of roles in accounts receivable and billing at EasCare Ambulance, and a Human Resources Assistant position at South Shore Hospital. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Gordon College, with minors in Psychology and Movement Science.
