Tim Lynch

Tim Lynch is an accomplished Principal UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience design across various industries, particularly healthcare and technology. Currently employed at Insulet Corporation since December 2024, Tim previously held senior design roles at TransMedics, Inc. and Nuance Communications, where notable contributions included the development of user engagement tools for medical devices and leading design efforts for high-revenue generating voice-driven applications. With a background that also encompasses leadership positions at Sanofi and Philips, Tim has successfully managed design initiatives for connected medical technologies, consumer robotics, and mobile applications, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, strategic research, and team collaboration. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ithaca College.
