Tom Gworek

Tom Gworek is an experienced software engineer and manager with over a decade of professional experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager Software Engineer at Insurity since October 2012, Tom has progressed through various roles from Software Engineer to Senior Manager. Previously, at the University of Connecticut's Department of Natural Resources and the Environment, Tom worked as a Student Laboratory & Field Analysis Assistant, where responsibilities included managing climate model data requests, streamlining data downloading processes, and conducting preliminary climate data analyses using Fortran and Microsoft Excel. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and a minor in Business from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2012.
