Una O'Neill has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. Una started their career as the Human Resources Director at Lagan Technologies in 2005 and worked there until 2008. In 2008, Una joined 3PAR Storage Ltd as the HR Director and later became the HR Business Partner for Europe after the company was acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2010. Una held this role until 2019. Currently, Una works as the Head of Talent at Intact Software, starting in February 2019.
Una O'Neill obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.SC) degree in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the same university, completing it from 1989 to 1990.
