Ioannis Lagos

Ioannis Lagos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies.

In 2005, they started as an IT helpdesk officer in the Loan Clearance Department at the Consignment Deposits and Loans Fund (CDLFGRA1) until 2007.

From 2013 to 2014, Ioannis worked as an IT helpdesk officer and office clerk at the Center for Lifelong Learning Alpha Educational.

In 2014, they joined Droid Computers as an IT technician, where they troubleshooted and repaired computer systems hardware, mobile devices, peripherals, and networks. Ioannis also provided customer support through remote desktop assistance and on-site troubleshooting. Their employment with Droid Computers lasted until 2015.

In 2016, Ioannis worked as a retail clerk at Retail Management Greece for a year.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as an IT Operations - Office Associate at Cool'n'Fix, responsible for data entry, document preparation, and troubleshooting computer systems hardware and software.

Starting in March 2021, Ioannis became an order clerk at ΝΤΑΒΟΥ Α.Ε, where they performed data entry for customers' orders, prepared invoices and shipping documents, and made recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.

Currently, Ioannis holds the position of Technical Operations Specialist - Key Accounts at Intale, starting in October 2021. Specific responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Ioannis Lagos obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Network Application and Office Automation Technician from the Public Vocational Training Institute of Aigaleo in 2007-2008. In 2019-2020, they studied Computer Programming at the Social Hackers Academy.
