Paul Gustavson is a Senior Advisor at InTandem Capital. He is an author, consultant, board member, keynote speaker and leading authority on the strategy, design and sustaining of high performance teams and organizations.
He co-authored three popular books “Running into the Wind, Five Strategies for Building Successful Teams”, “The Power of Living by Design” and “A Team of Leaders, Empowering every member to take ownership, Demonstrate Initiative and Deliver Results.
He has served for over 23 years as a member of the Marriott School of Management’s OB/HR Advisory Board and as a past chair for 8 years.
Prior to establishing Organization Planning & Design Inc. in 1984, Paul held Human Resource and Organization Development Management positions with energy and high technology companies. Since establishing OPD he has consulted all over the world on exciting and challenging projects including more than twenty engagements relating to mergers and acquisitions during this period of time.
Paul’s work has been featured in over 50 books, company magazines and periodicals, including Business Week, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and Fortune magazine.
Paul received his bachelor’s of science from Brigham Young University. Later he received his masters degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
