Aj Mijares

AJ Mijares, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Intapp, leading efforts in ERM and Business Continuity since January 2024. Previously, AJ Mijares held various positions at Microsoft from October 2005 to January 2024, including Senior Risk Manager, where responsibilities included driving enterprise risk assessments and improving processes within teams, leading to recognition by the Audit Committee of Microsoft's Board of Directors. With a strong background in risk management, financial analysis, and data analytics, AJ Mijares has contributed to initiatives across multiple functions, received several awards for excellence, and effectively engaged with external organizations to understand the risk landscape. AJ Mijares earned a Leadership Executive MBA from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University and holds a BA in Finance with a minor in Information Technology from Pace University.
