Deena Yunyan He

Deena Yunyan He, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Intapp since September 2024, responsibilities include oversight of technical accounting policies and SEC reporting. Previously, Deena held the position of Director of Technical Accounting at MongoDB from October 2019 to September 2024, contributing to a significant revenue increase post-IPO. Deena also has experience at Box as a Technical Accounting Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Accounting & External Reporting, where advancements in external reporting processes and compliance with ASC standards were achieved. Deena began the career at STEMCELL Technologies and progressed through positions at PwC Canada and MOSAIC HOMES. Educational qualifications include a CPA designation obtained from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Business Administration with First-class Honours from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
