Jim Tooley

Jim Tooley is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product development and engineering operations. Currently serving as Vice President of R&D Operations at Intapp, Jim oversees the entire product development life-cycle, emphasizing transparency and predictability in delivering high-quality products. Prior to joining Intapp, Jim held various leadership roles at SAP Ariba, including Vice President of Engineering Operations and Vice President of Cloud Engineering, where key contributions included driving customer-driven innovation, enhancing collaborative environments, and scaling engineering processes. Early in Jim's career, leadership as Director of Engineering at Chuckwalla, Inc. involved defining engineering processes and workforce development. Jim began professional endeavors providing consulting services to federal agencies, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Evansville.
