Deep P. has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at INTECH since January 2021. Prior to this role, Deep held various leadership positions at Teleperformance India, including Director of Recruitment and Senior Manager of Leadership Hiring, from January 2016 to January 2021. Additional experience includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., WhiteCrow Research, and TalentAhead India Pvt. Ltd. Deep holds a PGDPE in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, a PGDHRM in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
