Gene Vetrone

Gene Vetrone is a seasoned engineering and facilities management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Facilities at Integra LifeSciences, Gene previously held similar leadership roles at Ascendia and AbbVie, overseeing engineering, maintenance, facilities management, EHS, and capital project implementation. With a strong background in validation, automation, and process control, Gene has managed a variety of teams and projects, including significant facility expansions and the implementation of complex automation systems. Educationally, Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
