Mark Franz

Mark Franz is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the field of taxation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Tax at Integra LifeSciences since September 2007, Mark has honed expertise in tax strategy and compliance. Prior roles include Tax Manager at Constar International from 2005 to 2007 and at Campbell Soup Company from June 1999 to January 2005. Mark began a career in taxation at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior from 1995 to 1999. Academically, Mark holds a Master of Science in Taxation and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Rutgers University - Camden.
