Jason Banducci has extensive experience in the finance industry. Jason started their career at TD as part of the Commercial Banking team, where they worked from 2013 to 2015. Following that, they worked at GMP Securities as an Investment Banker with a focus on Metals & Mining for two years. Jason then joined Stifel Financial Corp. in 2019, continuing their work in Investment Banking for Metals & Mining until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Jason served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Millennial Precious Metals. Jason is currently working in the same role at Integra Resources.
Jason Banducci holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Queen's University, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Jason also participated in an MBA Exchange - International Study Program (ISP) at the University of St.Gallen in 2016. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) from Western University, completing it from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Jason has received certifications in Basics of Geology, Mining, and Processing from Queen's University, Candian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and Financial Modeling and DCF Valuation from The Marquee Group.
