Earlier in their career, Singh held roles as a Lead CRM Analyst at Optimos Inc, where they worked on projects involving Siebel Call Center and Siebel integration with other systems. Shishir also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM, where they served as an Integration Architect, worked on Siebel adapters, and conducted functional analysis and testing for different interfaces.
Prior to that, Singh worked as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Infogain, where they worked on a Peopleosoft-PCRM sustenance project. Shishir began their career as an Associate Consultant at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, where they worked on the Project Monitoring System and Price Quote server using VB and SQL Server.
