Carl is a highly skilled engineer with outstanding sustainable knowledge and extensive experience of delivering ‘high end’ engineering/technology’ projects within the UK, Middle East and India. Carl is the principal in Elementa’s London office, responsible for client relationship liaison, strategic planning and detailed development of complex built environment schemes. Carl’s vast years of experience within project management and delivery set him as a strong, effective communicator and proactive leader, guiding our team to provide successful large scale projects.
Carl has several significant professional achievements which include Committee Member for Institute Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management, membership to the Healthcare Group Committee for CIBSE (UK) and being chairman for CIBSE UAE. Carl has also won three national (UK) professional institution awards and has written and published twelve technical papers in professional journals. He also has considerable experience as a regular key note speaker at industry events and has presented papers at several UK and Middle East conferences.
