Hilary leads the marketing teams in Canada and the United States, working closely with the region’s business development teams, managing principals, and regional directors. She also collaborates with the regional marketing leads in Australia and the UK as well as the Global Communications team. Before joining Integral Group, Hilary was most recently the founder and CXO of a consulting company that provides proposal management services and helps companies integrate business development activities throughout operations.
