Daniel Ensor currently serves as the Global Head of Corporate Officers Practice for Financial Services at Integral Search, a leading global executive search firm, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Partner at Hanover and Hoggett Bowers from August 2021 to November 2023 and held positions including Partner and Head of Financial Services Europe at DHR International, Managing Consultant for EMEA Financial Services at Korn Ferry, and Director roles at Taybridge Associates and JD Haspel Ltd. With extensive experience in financial services executive search, Daniel has also served as Head of COO Practice at Cresswell & Co. and Director of the CFO/COO Practice at Correlate Search. Daniel began a career in recruitment at Robert Walters from 1998 to 2004. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from King's College London and a Higher National Diploma from the University of Greenwich.
