Alena Ng

Alena Ng has extensive experience in inside sales and customer service, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Integrated DNA Technologies since September 2018, where responsibilities include expanding the customer database, prospecting new leads, and maintaining relationships with clients. Previous roles at Integrated DNA Technologies also included Key Account Specialist and Customer Care Specialist, focusing on customer inquiries and enhancing the customer experience. Prior to this, Alena worked as a Patient Service Associate at National University Hospital. Alena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from La Trobe University and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Republic Polytechnic.
