Andy Roethler

Andy Roethler has extensive experience in customer care and administration, currently serving as a Global Escalations Specialist and previously as the Director of Customer & Order Administration at Integrated DNA Technologies since May 2001. In these roles, Andy has supervised management teams, directed hiring and training processes, and communicated departmental strategies aligned with company goals. Prior to joining Integrated DNA Technologies, Andy held various positions at GEICO, including Sales Representative, and was the General Manager at KRUI Radio. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Mercy University.
