Andrew Clark has extensive experience in sales operations and procurement. Andrew has held various roles in Integrated Media Technologies, starting as a Logistics & Procurement Manager from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they successfully managed the procurement and delivery of purchase orders and improved order accuracy and efficiency.
After that, Andrew worked as an Inside Sales Representative in the Broadcast Division from 2013 to 2015. Andrew developed a streamlined system for tracking and quoting support renewal contracts, effectively managing the support renewal pipeline and driving sales growth.
From 2015 to 2020, Andrew served as a Vendor Operations Manager, where they developed and managed a support renewal pipeline, negotiated pricing, and updated Salesforce CRM pipeline and account activity. Andrew also successfully negotiated the best price quotes with distribution and manufacturing partners for resale opportunities, resulting in increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
Most recently, Andrew held the position of Director of Sales Operations from 2020 to 2023, where they oversaw procurement activities, implemented new processes and standardized Service Level Agreements. Andrew effectively managed and renewed recurring revenue contracts, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
Prior to their time at Integrated Media Technologies, Andrew worked independently in the music industry, composing and licensing custom music and sound design cues for various media and advertising projects. Andrew collaborated closely with sync libraries and production companies, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Their early career includes a role as an Assistant Engineer and Music Programmer at Dustbrothers from 2006 to 2010.
Andrew Clark graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Technology. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Cisco Business Value Analyst from Cisco.
