Christopher Chi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Integrated Oncology Network, Christopher advises on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Monogram Health, where Christopher contributed to the establishment of a high-growth healthcare company. At American Addiction Centers, Christopher held the position of Chief Legal Officer and oversaw legal operations, governmental relations, and compliance. With a strong background in managed care and legal strategy from positions at IASIS Healthcare and Steward Health Care, Christopher has provided legal counsel for multi-billion dollar healthcare organizations. Early career experience includes a partner role at Bass, Berry & Sims and as a transactions associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia and an A.B. in History and Literature from Harvard University.
