Lelah Alt

Lelah Alt, MS, PHR has over 16 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Lelah currently serves as the VP of Org Development & People Operations at IntegriChain and previously held the role of Global Human Resources Director at Richardson Sales Performance. In both positions, Lelah was responsible for various HR functions such as recruiting, compensation, policy creation, benefits, performance management, HRIS, employee development, and employee relations. Lelah collaborated with executives and operational leaders to drive HR initiatives and ensure organizational compliance with HR laws and procedures. Prior to their roles at Richardson Sales Performance and IntegriChain, Lelah was the Director of Human Resources at The Richardson Company. Lelah also worked as an HR Generalist at CoAdvantage & PlanSource and as a Staffing Coordinator at Wachovia Recruiting Solutions where they gained experience in staffing, benefits, training, and candidate selection.

Lelah Alt, MS, PHR completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2003. Lelah then pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (HR) from the same institution between 2003 and 2005. In 2009, they received a professional certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
