In 2020, they joined ewi global talent solutions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they acquired new clients, successfully filled multiple positions, and introduced innovative recruitment strategies. Currently, Alex is the Director of Recruitment Operations at Integris Group, a position they have held since January 2021.
