Kelly Skeith is a highly experienced professional with a background in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) as well as program management. With a career spanning various organizations such as Integrity, Freedom House, and Social Impact, Kelly has specialized in designing and implementing performance management systems and assessments on a global scale. With a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from James Madison University, Kelly's expertise in M&E and program management has been instrumental in the successful execution of various projects and contracts.
