Prior experience includes a similar role at NewAlliance Bank Merchant Services from January 2001 to May 2011, and an Account Executive position at Chase Bank Merchant Services, LLC from December 1999 to October 2001, focusing on customer satisfaction and profit growth. Earlier in their career, Greg Kaplan held multiple leadership roles at Combined Insurance Company/Subsidiary of AON Corp. from 1987 to 2000, where successful staffing and motivational strategies were developed for selling supplemental insurance. Greg Kaplan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland in 1987.
